In less than two decades of operation, The National WWII Museum has quickly established itself as one of the premier history museums in America. Since opening its doors in New Orleans in 2000, the museum has amassed a world-class collection and continues to grow by leaps and bounds. SHOE has been honored to work with the fundraising and event planning division of the museum.
The National WWII Museum came to us in need of unique invitation designs for their events throughout the year. They wanted tactile, interactive invites that would delight everyone on their mailing list and help them stand apart from the crowd.
We used a series of innovative print and design processes to create invitations that were every bit as fun and unique as the events themselves. Featuring uncommon sizes and shapes, our invitations prompted the user to experience them physically, thereby creating tangible excitement for the event to come.
